By accessing and using the HygienCloud IT website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
HygienCloud IT provides cloud, AI, and custom software development services as agreed upon in individual project contracts.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of delivered code and assets transfers to the client upon full payment.
Project payments follow the schedule outlined in the signed proposal or contract. Late payments may incur additional fees.
HygienCloud IT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
